248	Pony needs more knobs	achernya		"Some hostname requests have gotten into states that we cannot easily fix. Pony needs some additional features, namely:
 * Purge requests -- Some requests get approved by Scripts, but then may not actually happen. This leaves a ticket permanently stuck in ""State: dns"". 
 * Re-open requests -- Some requests may get closed by Scripts Team, and it would be beneficial if these requests could be re-opened rather than making a new request for the same name. This would improve record-keeping.

Less important, but still useful:
 * Pony should allow admins to click on users to see what other hostnames they already hold
